In the last month we have seen the homes priced in the 400-800K range
selling at a faster rate, some times with multiple offers. We also
observed homes priced above 1 million starting to pick up. Showings are
on the rise indicating people are taking the leap into the market. Interest
rates are still fluctuating but hover now near 5%. Denver experienced
the lowest year over year decline in 20 cities.
