In the last month we have seen the homes priced in the 100-400K
range selling at a faster rate. We also observed homes priced
above 400K starting to pick up. Showings are on the rise indicating
people are taking the leap into the market. Interest rates are still
fluctuating but hover now near 5%. Denver experienced the lowest
year over year decline in 20 cities.
