I started my career in the finical side of Real Estate 10 years ago, and worked my way up
to Branch Manager of a small regional Mortgage Bank. That position took me away from
my love of working with people on a one on one bases. After some soul searching I
decided that with all my experience with my customers and the countless Realtor that I had
worked with that Real Estate would be natural fit for me. I have loved it ever since I got out
of school and now own my own business. With that said I want to share with you my
personal commitment to you is to serve others by helping them realize their dreams of
home ownership and other financial goals. I devote my time to current and past clients
providing them with five star service they deserve. At Parkway we build our business one
relationship and referral at a time. There are many ways to buy and sell real estate and

I've enjoyed a great career as a Realtor for over 15 years. Entering the Residential Sales
sector following a busy career at what is now Excel Energy in their Facility and Real Estate
Department. While that position offered me an opportunity to work with great people, it
wasn't quite the environment for me, and I found myself wanting to work more in a service
based business that offered a daily variety of situations. I therefore progressed into the
Residential Real Estate market at a National Real Estate Company in the Denver metro
area. While it was a huge step for me and I knew I had found the career for me, it was still
much too large of a company environment for me. That started my path to opening
Parkway Real Estate Co. over five years ago to my current position now. I truly love
working with people whether first time home-buyers or seasoned buyers and sellers
looking to buy/sell their next home, rental, or vacation property. Each new home seen or
home listed offers me an opportunity to expand my knowledge of the current markets and
provide my clients with the most up-to date information to use in their decision making.
While I know the list of Brokers to choose from for any Real Estate transaction may be
extensive, I make a personal commitment to each and every client, that I will provide the
five-star performance that Parkway Real Estate Co. is built upon and give the service
required to make their current experience the best possible and them a client for life.
